This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take all such necessary steps, including issuance of look out notice to prevent the 3rd respondent/accused, fleeing away from the country until the disposal of proceedings pending in C.C.No.5 of 2024 pending trial on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur, based on the representation given by the petitioner.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after completion of enquiry, LOC has been issued against 2/5

the second respondent and he also produced the copy of the same.
