This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 318 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with the possession of 15 litres of ID arrack. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation is not yet completed. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.
5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
