(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Neither Mr.Abrar Mohammed Abdulla, learned counsel for R1 nor Mr.Senthil Murugan, learned Special Government Pleader for R2 to R5 object to the condonation of delay of 98 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 98 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission. The name of the learned counsel for the respondents will appear in the cause list as and when the appeal is listed for admission.
