This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 1225 days in preferring the Criminal Revision against the judgment dated 19.06.2014 in S.C.No.17/2011 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Hosur and Cr.A.No.36/2014, on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Hosur.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
