ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Cr.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Cr.No.4 of 2013, further action was dropped, based on the letter dated 06.09.2013 sent by the second respondent / complainant to the first respondent stating that the parties have compromised the matter among themselves.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
