Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.RAMAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, only notice was ordered on 06.09.2019. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without there being any interim order passed. In the said circumstances, keeping the petition pending will not serve any purpose and hence, this petition stands closed.
