The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 26.08.2025 issued by the respondent herein.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged may not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
