Seeking quashment of the allotment list dated 27.07.2012, issued by the seventh respondent, pertaining to the rank list, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for by the petitioner is related to academic year 2012-2013, the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
3.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
