The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.08.2013, seeking transfer from one Department to another. However, this Court is not inclined to adjudicate the merits of the case. Under these circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.08.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
