This petition has been filed to extend the time for the petitioner to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.3323 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025. 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was hospitalized, and therefore, he was unable to furnish the sureties.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and further two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the present order copy made ready.
