3. Sole respondent served. Despite being served and the name and address printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
