These petitions have been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail concerned in CC No. 17 of 2024 on the file of the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore.

2. The case of the prosecution is that respondent found the accused while trying to transporting the 120 grams of MMDA. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
