ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the case in Cr.No.42 of 2016 dated 08.04.2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that on conclusion of investigation in Crime No.42 of 2016, the respondent police closed the case as 'Mistake of Fact' in RCS No.22 of 2018 and RCS notice is yet to be served.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned counsel for the respondent is directed to furnish the RCS Notice No.22 of 2018 to the petitioner.
