Crl.M.P.No.10830 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9430 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9430 of 2023 vide order dated 05.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for the past six months and he prayed that the condition may be modified.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the reasons and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9430 of 2023 vide order dated 05.06.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
