The petition in C.M.P.No.13593 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent in S.A.SR.No.13261 of 2021. The petition in C.M.P.No.13594 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 4th respondent in the above S.A.SR.No.13261 of 2021. The petition in C.M.P.No.13595 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the respondents 8 and 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent as respondents 8 and 9 in the above S.A.SR.No.13261 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. All the parties have been served.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
