ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.08.2021 for the offences under Sections 341,294(b),429,506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C in Crime No.618 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. totally there are three accused in this case and the petitioner herein arrayed as A1. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was proceeding in the bullock cart the petitioner along with other accused came behind him in a two wheeler and picked up quarrel and abused him and also attacked him with knife and iron rod. Hence the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there was 2 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are 2 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 01/10/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
