This petition has been filed to modify the condition Para 7 of the order dated 13.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9103 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition that to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
