This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioners to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13421 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the first petitioner, aged about 85 years, is suffering from cancer and the second petitioner, who is the wife of the first petitioner, is taking care of him, they were unable to comply with the conditions. Hence, he seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions shall remain intact.
