When the case came up for hearing, no representation for the Petitioner. The Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition as the sale deed were executed in E.P.No.134 of 2018 on the file of learned Sub Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Respondent and on perusal of the case status of Sub Judge, Uthangarai in E.P.No.134 of 2018 it is found sale deed had been executed, this C.R.P.No.40 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, C.M.P.No.286 of 2021 is closed.
