This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14179 of 2023 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be either the mother or father of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 26.06.2023, had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14179 of 2023 with a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be either the mother or father of the petitioner. He further submitted that the parents of the petitioner are no more and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be the relative of the petitioner. The other conditions shall remain intact.
