This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle Hyundai Verna 1.6 SXCRDI at Diesel bearing Registration No.TN34T0099, Chassis No.MALCU41ULCM079401G, Engine No.D4FBCU151290 available at the respondent's premises or wherever found and permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain Police Aid and to break open the premises.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that already the award has been passed on 09.09.2019 and the notice sent to the respondent was returned with an endorsement "insufficient address" and an affidavit of service is also filed to that effect. Though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the applicant to enforce the award as per law and hence, this application stands closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
