ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in this crime number as a conditional deposit imposed in Crl.

M.P. No.228 of 2026 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate No-1, Nagapattinam dated on 18.03.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit attested by the Jailor, District Jail, Nagapattinam signed by the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs in the Cr. No.1 of 2026 as a conditional deposit.

3. mTherefore, the condition passed in Crl. M.P. No.228 of 2026 vide order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagapattinam 'to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs in this crime number as a conditional deposit' is modified as 'to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) in this crime number as a conditional deposit'.
