(The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to extent the time to surrender before the District and Sessions Court, Salem (Special Judge for SC & ST Act) in the pursuance with the order dated 27.05.2020 in Crl.OP.NO.7935 of 2020 in Crime No.886 of 2020 on the file of Omalur Police Station, Salem. 2.It is seen that on the earlier occasion the petitioner had filed an extension petition in MP.No.7195 of 2020 and this Court by its order dated 24.11.2020 , extended the time to surrender on or before 1/12/2020 and further ordered the registry to issue the order copy on the very next day, however the next day 25/11/2020 and 26/11/2020 were announced as a holiday due to the cyclone and since the order copy is not made ready till date; Hence he was unable to surrender before the lower court in time. 3.Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
