This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6[b] imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10797 of 2024 vide order dated 30.04.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions and the charge sheet has been filed in this case .

3. Recording the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that, the petitioners, except on the court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 am., for a period of eight weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
