Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and property of the petitioner based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 17.08.2021 before the first respondent and same is forward to the second respondent.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to provide police protection to the life and property of the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner to provide any police protection. However, he submitted that if any fresh complaint has been lodged on a fresh cause of action, the same can be considered.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police on fresh cause of action in the manner know to law if so advised.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
