ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to take suitable action in accordance with law. 2.The petitioner has given a complaint dated 29.01.2019, before the respondent against the Inspector of Police and the other Police Personnel belonging to Thammapatti Police Station, Salem, on the ground that the petitioner was ill-treated in the Police Station and the same has been captured in the camera.

3.Without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent viz; the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Superintendent of Police, Salem District, to conduct an enquiry based on the representation dated 29.01.2019, made by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
