ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions would submit that pursuant to the order dated 06.03.2020 passed by this Court in WP No.3162 of 2020, the first respondent has passed a final order on 07.10.2020 and the subject wakf has also been registered as 253 of 2019. Since, the order dated 06.03.2020 passed by this Court in WP No.3162 of 2020 has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received the order dated 07.10.2020 passed by the 1st respondent. Therefore, the 1st respondent is directed to serve a copy of the same on the petitioner as well as his counsel, forthwith.
