The learned Government counsel brought to the notice of this Court the writ appeal filed by the respondents against the order passed in WP No.2649 of 2021. The Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay by an order dated 12.10.2021. 2.

In view of the above development, this contempt petition is closed. It will be left open to the petitioner to revive the claim subject to the result in the writ appeal.
