This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to Register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 07.11.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.480 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
