O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.03.2022 made in W.P.No.31869 of 2014. 2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.10.2023 in Cont.P.1784 of 2023, the District Revenue Officer deputed Tahsildar, Perambur, to inspect the subject property and to remove the encroachment on the Eastern side of the Palani Andavar Temple and the Tahsildar inspected the property and found that on the Eastern side of the Palani Andavar Temple there is 'ePj;jhh; epiwt[f;Tlk;' and there is no encroachment.

3.The submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent is recorded. In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary and there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
