Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to mutate the revenue records and Town Survey Land Register in the name of petitioner from the wrong entry of Tamilnadu Water Supply and Drainage Board in respect of petitioner land comprised in SF.No.656/1, TS.No.163 Ward no.30 Block No.4 to an extent of 23 cents in Uppilipalayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore based on the representation dated 19.06.2019.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to mutate the revenue records and Town Survey Land Register in the name of petitioner from the wrong entry of Tamilnadu Water Supply and Drainage Board in respect of petitioner land comprised in SF.No.656/1, TS.No.163 Ward no.30 Block No.4 to an extent of 23 cents in Uppilipalayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore based on the representation dated 19.06.2019.
2. Heard, Mr.K.Chozhan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, Ms.Meghala, the learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.K.Magesh, the learned counsel for the third respondent.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
