2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4125 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
