ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN,J] The petitioner is the father of one Sangeetha aged about 19 years. She was found missing from 08.06.2016. On the allegation that she was abducted by the second respondent, a complaint was preferred before the respondent police. Since no action is taken, the petitioner has come up with this present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, detenue is present and informed this Court that she already got married the second respondent/Nagaraj, and she is now living with him and further she stated that she left her house on her own and she has not been abducted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
