(made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. R.U. Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents and Mr. Ventakaramani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court made in W.A.Nos. 589 to 591 of 2018, by passing an order on 22.01.2022, and hence the contempt petition may be closed.
2. Since the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court, we find no reason to keep the contempt petition pending. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
