Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus,directing the first respondent to issue the T.T.C. Duplicate certificate No.797 subject to the verification from the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue the T.T.C. Duplicate Certificate No.797 to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has passed the Diploma in Teacher Training in Agriculture for one Year. He wrote the examination successfully in the month of June 1993 at Madarshah Asam Secondary School and secured 2nd Class. He also admits that the 2nd respondent has issued a Diploma Certificate bearing Registration No.797. Based on the said Certificate, he registered her qualification in the employment exchange. However, it is stated by the petitioner that the petitioner had lost the certificate. When he applied for the copy of the TTC Certificate before the first respondent in person on 03.01.2012, the said request has been refused on the ground that the petitioner should produce the identity through the 2nd respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.09.2018, this Court has given a direction to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent to produce the duplicate certificate to the petitioner on 12.09.2018.

4. Today ie., on 12.09.2018, the matter again came up for hearing. The learned Government Advocate has handed over the duplicate certificate and the same was acknowledged by the counsel for petitioner.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after going through the Certificate, has satisfied and submitted that the duplicate certificate has been handed over to the petitioner in the prescribed format and he has made the following endorsement to that effect in the bundle:

"I have received a Diploma in Technical Training Certificate (Agri) on behalf of the petitioner today produced by learned Government Advocate."

6. Recording the said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. -s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-IX) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar mpa/vsg
