PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.2394, 2395, 2396 and 2397/2008/AA3 respectively, dated 09.06.2008 and quash the same and forbear the second respondent from conducting any enquiry in terms of the show cause notice dated 08.04.2008 pending disposal of the revision petition which is pending before the first respondent. Later, the respondents have dropped the proceedings as the punishment has already been imposed. Therefore, he would submit that the subject matter of the writ petitions has already been infructuous. 2/4

Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
