Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for furnishing sureties passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.9729/2020 dated 30.06.2020 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.SATHIYAMURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 30.06.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.9729 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Alandur and four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the said conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
