When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner/land lady submitted that the petition premises was taken up by her and she is in possession of the said premises http://www.judis.nic.in

dpq now. The learned counsel further submitted that taking note of the fact that the land lady is in possession of the petition premises the E.P. was dismissed. However, Civil Revision Petition was filed against the order passed in RCA.No.506 of 2012 against RCOP.No.261 of 2011.
