ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners have given a representation dated 20.04.2015 to consider the representation dated 20.04.2015, and to declare the house site situated at Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kundrathur Village, Kancheepuram District, in ThiruraPerumal Nagar bearing Patta No.862 which comprised in Land Survey Nos. 779/2, 778, 775/2A2 Vacant House Bearing No.19 measuring to an extent of (2007 Sq.fts) for the removal of land ceiling, on the Payment of the necessary fees.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners' representation dated 20.04.2015 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 20.04.2015 on its own merits and dispose of the same in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18005 of 2025 dated 31.10.2015 and accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
