Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS directing the respondents 1 to 7 to produce the person and body of the petitioner's wife and his children Varalarmathi, Master, Nithish and Minor. Jaya Preethi, before this Court and handed over their custody to the petitioner herein.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the husband of one Valarmathi and father of two minor children, Master Nithish and Minor. Jaya Preethi. On the allegation that these three are found missing, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all the three detenues were secured by the police and they were produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Hosur and they were let off. The children have been taken by Mrs.Valarmathi.

4. The said statement is recorded. Since there is no illegal detention, no relief as prayed for could be granted.
