(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard. This Court is convinced that the petitioner/proposed party, has a right, as a neighbour, to object to the unauthorized construction put up by the writ petitioner. Having regard to the nature of prayer in the writ petition and the facts, this Court is of the view that the petitioner herein is also a proper and necessary party to the proceeding.

Hence, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the petitioner/proposed party is impleaded as 5th respondent in the writ petition.

Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and list the writ petition on 25.07.2024.
