ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 27.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 120B r/w 419, 420 of I.P.C later altered into 120B r/w 419, 420,467, 468, 471 of IPC and Sections 66C, 66D of Information Technology Act, in Cr.No.324 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is running a fake call centre and collected huge amount through 14 various bank accounts for a sum of Rs.2,06,56,889/-Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 27.07.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has involved in serious offence and the investigation is still pending. He further submits that this Court has dismissed the bail application for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18424 of 2021 dated 26.08.2021. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and cheated the General Public and this Court had dismissed the bail application for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18424 of 2021 dated 26.08.2021 and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
