This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No. 510 of 2014 and complete the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the trial in S.T.C.No.510 of 2014 is being adjourned from 02.04.2018 for defence evidence. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the trial Court to complete the trial in S.T.C.No. 510 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no any other legal impediment.
