O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner with respect to the cable TV network business run by the petitioner in the name of "Yugam Cable Vision" in and around Kamaraj Nagar, Korukkupet, Chennai-600 021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. It is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 4 is in connection with Cable TV business that is being run by them in Korukkupet area. It is alleged by the petitioner that the 1st respondent police is taking steps with the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and is preventing the petitioner from carrying on his business.

4. Per contra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by Mr.Mohanraj (R2), a case in Crime No.1481 of 2015 has been registered against the petitioner and similarly on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.118 of 2016 has been registered against Mohanraj.

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to take steps in this matter and complete the investigation in Crime No.1481 of 2015 and Crime No.118 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.
