.. Defendants The plaint is filed and numbered as Civil Suit under Order VII Rule 1 of CPC read with Order IV Rule 1 of O.S. Rules, praying for a judgment and decree:

a) For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, officers, employees, representatives, administrators and assigns or anyone claiming under or through them from in any way interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property including basic amenities such as car parking, electricity, water connection by the plaintiff.

N.Sathish Kumar, J., rm b) Directing the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- towards theft committed by the defendants to the plaintiff and future interest @ 24% per annum from the date of plaint till the date of realization.

c) Directing the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- towards damages caused by the defendants to the plaintiff and future interest @ 24% per annum from the date of plaint till the date of realization.

d) to pay the costs of this suit.

JUDGMENT

The parties entered into a settlement between them and filed a Joint Settlement Memo. Accordingly, the Joint Settlement memo has been filed and the same is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties. The Joint Settlement memo shall form part of the decree. No costs.
