Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Order of the 2nd Respondent dated 18.08.2005 in R.C.No.2053/B2/2005 and quash the same direct the Respondents 2 and 3 not to demand any admission fees of Rs.3,500/- from the students of the Petitioner admitted in the Diploma in Teacher Education Course for the year 2009-2010 for remittance of the same in Government Account.
