ORDER

This criminal revision is directed as against the judgment in CA.No.1 of 2018 of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hosur dated 16.04.2019 thereby confirming the conviction and judgment passed in CC.No.38 of 2012 of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur dated 29.11.2017 convicting and sentencing petitioners for the offence under Section 323 of IPC and imposed fine amount of Rs.1,000/- on each and in default two months simple imprisonment. 2.

Heard, Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, the learned counsel for the petitioners and M/s.N.Surekha, the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.

It is seen that the courts below convicted the petitioners for the offence under Section 323 of IPC and imposed sentence to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- each as fine, in default to undergo two months simple imprisonment.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners had already paid the fine amount. 5.

Therefore, nothing survives in this revision for adjudication. 2/4
