This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 14.08.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20828 of 2018.

Contempt Petition No.1257 of 2019

2. This Court vide order dated 14.08.2018 issued direction to the respondent to promote the petitioner as BT Assistant (Science) (Telugu), if there is no other impediment. Despite the direction given by this Court, one Gopal was given promotion to the said post. Hence the petitioner filed the Contempt Petition on the ground that the promotion was given in favour of Gopal. Thereafter, the promotion granted in favour of the said Gopal was recalled.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
