This petition is filed to condone the delay of 546 days in representing the appeal in S.A.SR.No.69894 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that bundle has been misplaced in the office, while vacating due to pandemic situation and hence, the delay has happened.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 546 days in representing the appeal in S.A.SR.No.69894 of 2018 is condoned.
