ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 29.05.2025, rejecting the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2025 and to direct the second respondent to grant parole for a period of six (6) months without escort to the petitioner's husband/convict prisoner.

2. Since the petitioner's husband/convict prisoner has not completed two years of imprisonment, he is ineligible to avail ordinary leave in view of Rule 22(b) of the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982.
